Australian Zebra Rock is a unique natural wonder that dates back 600 million years to the Pre Cambrian period. This rare rock can only be found in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia and is known for its fine-grained siliceous argillite composition with striking rhythmic red band or spot patterns against a lighter background. While the exact formation process is still a mystery, experts believe that it was deposited as sediment in calm or deep water, resulting in its distinct red coloring from iron oxide.
