Shipping policy

Rates
- Within Australia: Free shipping on every order, fully insured and tracked.
- International: $25 AUD flat-rate to anywhere in the world, registered and trackable end-to-end.
- Orders 5kg and above: Please contact me directly for a sharper international rate based on the destination.
Carriers
Australian orders ship via Australia Post Registered or a door-to-door courier, depending on the value and size of the piece. International orders ship via Australia Post and Express Courier International. Most deliveries require a signature on receipt so your stone is never left unattended.
Turnaround
Orders are processed within two business days. You will receive a follow-up email within that window confirming approximate travel time, or asking any questions I need answered before posting. If anything will take longer, you will hear from me before the two days are up.
Delivery times
Once a parcel leaves Sydney, travel time depends on the destination and the local carrier at the other end. Australian capital-city deliveries typically arrive within two to five business days. International deliveries vary by country and may occasionally be held at customs — that is outside my control, but I will assist you in tracking and resolving any delay.
Express options
If you need a piece urgently — a birthday, an anniversary, a departure date — please leave a note on your order. In most cases I can expedite at no additional cost. Where express shipping carries a genuine surcharge, I will quote it on a case-by-case basis before any charge is applied.
Packaging
Every piece is packed by hand. Loose stones are wrapped individually, finished jewellery is presented in its gift box, and the contents are cushioned and braced inside the outer parcel. Outer labels are deliberately discreet — nothing that draws attention in transit.
Insurance
Every parcel is insured against loss or damage from the moment it leaves me until it is signed for. The one exception: if the delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient has moved, the cost of the parcel and any re-shipping falls to the buyer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Returns and damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me within 48 hours and retain all original packaging — I will manage the claim and resolution personally. Full return terms are set out in my refund policy.
