Brazilian Agate Slice – Natural Crystal Centre, 430 × 210 mm

A large, beautifully polished Brazilian agate slice with a clear crystal-quartz centre — the geode cavity preserved in the cut so you see both the banded agate rim and the crystalline core. At 430 × 210 mm it is a proper statement specimen, sized to sit on a display plinth or a shelf of its own.

The natural banding tones range from soft greys and whites to warmer earth shades — no dye, no treatment, just the stone as it came out of the ground.

About Agate

Agate is a microcrystalline variety of quartz, formed inside gas cavities in volcanic rock. As mineral-rich water flows through the cavity over millions of years, it deposits successive bands of quartz — creating the distinctive concentric pattern agate is known for. Brazil produces some of the world's largest and most spectacular agate geodes, many with pure crystal quartz centres like this one.
